An existing portable classroom building was renovated for use as a lifeskills classroom. Work included installing a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. The existing carpet flooring was replaced with vct flooring and new vinyl base.
Wells Fargo Bank - Braker Lane Renovation - Austin, Texas
This project involved interior renovation work to improve the look of the bank and exterior paving to add additional parking for the bank's use. Utility work was also preformed to connect the bank's waste water to the city sewer system.
Villas at Lakecliff LCRA Work - Austin, Texas
Though this subdivision is no longer being developed there are still numerous water runoff protection requirements that must be maintained. This includes slope and soil stabilization, inlet protection, and vegetation restoration.
Central Christian Church Miscellaneous Renovations - Austin, Texas
Several items were renovated to update parts of the church for use by The Austin School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
Ann Richards School Kiln Relocation - Austin, Texas
This project involved converting a costume storage area into a kiln room for the school. Additionally, a washer and dryer area was added in the adjacent room.

The store, located on 12th St., had carpet that was replaced with Whiteside Pine Pergo flooring. This remodel has made the space seem more bright and welcoming to patrons.
